Scholarship Terms and Conditions

Scholarship open to all students attending law school in the United States.  Applicant must be a student at an accredited law school, or be accepted to begin law school at an accredited law school within 6 months of application.  All funds will be dispersed to scholarship recipient within 30 days of being announced as the winner.  Scholarship winner is determined solely by our selection committee.  All decisions of the selection committee are final.  Proof of diagnosis with type one diabetes may be required with all applications. Katz and Phillips is not responsible for technical issues which prevent applications from being submitted or considered.

PRIVACY STATEMENT: We will not sell, share, or distribute the information you submit with your scholarship application to any third parties. The information you submit will be used only for determining the scholarship recipient and deleted after the selection period.

NON-DISCRIMINATION STATEMENT:  The winner of the Katz & Phillips, P.A. Ashley Rose Honorary Diabetes Law Student Scholarship Award will be determined by a selection committee set up by the Law Offices of Katz & Phillip, P.A., said selection will in no way be influenced by gender, race, national origin, sexual preference or any criteria other than the meeting of the application requirements and our committees evaluation of the essay attached with the application.
